二、项目一期建设情况

1. 建设规模:总建筑面积13.62万㎡,计容建筑面积17.91万㎡。其中生产区总建筑面积10.12万㎡,工程造价约1.89亿元。厂前区总建筑面积3.5万㎡,工程造价约1亿元。
